Analog circuit of M8 was designed around a pair of high performing AKM's flagship DACs, with in-house developed I/V conversion stage and fully balanced amplifier. Offering reference class performance, while keeping traditional Shanling's smooth, pleasing and slightly warmer sound.
M8 adapts a brand-new system of interchangeable headphone sockets, developed by Shanling. This system makes it possible to provide all the needed connection standards. Four different socket options already come with M8 and more can be added in the future.
